大統領28日にも制限の方針発表か

現在、各地で施行されている制限（ロックダウン）の区分は４月３０日を目処にしていました。

５月以降の各地の制限についての政府からの発表を待つ形となっていますが、新区分については２８日に発表が行われる見通しのようです。

新しい区分の目安は２週間の感染率、１日の感染者数、医療期間の利用率を基に検討されます。
また、明日行われる予定の省庁間タスクフォース（IATF）で大抵の方針が決まるようです。

制限の強化・継続・緩和が行われることとなりますが、NCR一帯では緩和には不十分なデータが多く、官邸の関係者によると緩和以外の対応がとられる見込みのようです。

フィリピンの経済の中心となるNCR一帯が引き続き厳しい制限下に置かれても、１ヶ月以上これといった成果もなく立つ瀬もない状況です。
また、保健相も１〜２週間の首都圏での制限延長を要請しました。

改善には幾分か期間を要するようです。

Duterte may announce next quarantine status on April 28

President Duterte may announce the new quarantine classification for the month of May on Wednesday, April 28 as his weekly public address was also moved to the said date, Malacañang said.

Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque made the announcement a few days before the existing quarantine classifications against the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) expire on April 30.

In his press briefing on Monday, Roque said President Duterte may make the announcement on Wednesday after the Inter-agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases meets on Tuesday, April 27.

“Bukas po [ang meeting] at bagama’t magkakaroon pa ng apela ‘yan, tingin ko ibibigay na ang rekomendasyon kay Presidente kasi magiging a-uno na ng Mayo (The meeting will take place tomorrow and even though there will still be appeals, I think we will make the recommendation to the President already since May 1 is fast approaching),” he said.

“Ang ‘Talk to the People’ nga ay Wednesday. Pwede nang si Presidente ang mag-anunsyo (The ‘Talk to the People’ will take place on Wednesday so the President can announce the new classifications by then),” he added.

According to Roque, the IATF will look at the two-week attack rate, daily attack rate, and healthcare utilization rate in making its recommendation to President Duterte.
